I designed a compact, versatile home gym system that resembles a pillar, eliminating the need for traditional weights. This space-efficient system utilizes multiple resistance bands for adjustable resistance, making it suitable for any location. Additionally, the bench cleverly retracts into a squat handle, and the pulleys offer a range of exercise options.
